Responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily administrative tasks related to employee leave, attendance records, and compensation and benefits.
  • Assisting in organizing and coordinating training plans and courses.
  • Coordinating and communicating with employees and management to address issues and solutions.
  • Working in partnership on projects to aid continuous improvement and implement improvement programs (e.g., changes to working practices, organization changes, and business excellence or lean programs).
  • Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on HR issues, opportunities, and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.
  • Keeping up to date with HR legislation by researching and attending necessary events, providing suitable interpretation to Management.
  • Handling day-to-day operations of accounting record & filing.
  • Acting as an employee advocate, communicating with staff and being available to answer employee queries regarding HR matters.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions.
  • Developing onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
  • Maintaining HR-related documentation to ensure compliance with internal/external audits.
  • Ensuring staff compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Administering employee benefits, claims, and statutory contributions.
  • Addressing employee concerns and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Organizing training programs and maintaining training records.
  • Supporting HR policies, performance evaluations, and staff welfare programs.
  • Organizing and overseeing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience in HR administration and compliance.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in payroll management and accounting software.
