Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, which include Discipline, Foreign Workers Management, HR Admin, Payroll, Recruitment, Safety & Health, Staff Welfare & Training
• Handle general office and factory administration
• Liaise with authorities & government bodies relating to HR issues
• Identify corrective & preventive actions to existing HR SOPs
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management

Requirements

• Possess Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing sector
• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess excellent follow-up and reporting skills
• High integrity, independent and committed
• Good at people management and able to keep high level of confidentiality
• Ready to work 5 ½-day week, with alternate Saturday off
