Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in Human Resources.
• Understanding & knowledge of the Employment Act Malaysia.
• Familiarity with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) requirements and procedures is an added advantage.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and manage ad hoc events and projects.
• Knowledge of HR and payroll software will be an added advantage.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of HR practices, compliance legislation, and industry standards.
• Liaise with government authorities such as Immigration, KDN, Labour Office, MBIP, and JTK.
• Responsible for payroll processing for operators.
• Handle matters related to EPF and SOCSO and submit HRDF claims.
• Foreign workers administration: new foreign worker applications, work permit renewals, manage matters related to Act 446, and hostel management.
• Mark attendance and maintain workers’ records.
• Complete various tasks assigned by superiors.
