To assist superior in coordinating with Management, Department and/or Section Heads in optimizing the manpower requirement planning and OT planning.
To liaise with Manager(s) or Department Heads for arranging interview appointments for shortlisted candidates.
To handle all foreign workers related matters including application of work permits, hostel arrangement, and repatriation process upon contract expiry.
To handle orientation and onboarding of new employees.
To prepare monthly payroll and ensure payroll processing is on time and accurate.
To prepare HR and admin related documents, letters, and memos while maintaining proper records in relation to HR administrative matters at all times.
To handle SOCSO claims related to industrial accidents or road accidents.
To assist in handling discipline matters, grievances, or issues related to staff welfare, benefits, and compensation matters.
To be involved in monitoring improvement plans to ensure HR KPIs and targets are always achieved.
To perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
Possess Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
Possess interpersonal skills and enthusiasm.
Good command of English.
