Areas Of Responsibilities
- Recruitment - Sourcing, Interview, On-boarding, Exit Interview
- Employee Relations - Staff well-being, social activities, staff amenities and staff grievances
- Training Coordination & Administration - HRDC, CME, CPD programs
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in the above areas. Preference given to those with experience in hospital/healthcare settings.
- Bachelor degree in any field of study.
- Proficient in spoken & written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Flexible and able to multi-task.
- Creative, energetic and self-motivated. A team-player.
- Willing to travel off-site/out-station when required.
