Areas Of Responsibilities

  • Recruitment - Sourcing, Interview, On-boarding, Exit Interview
  • Employee Relations - Staff well-being, social activities, staff amenities and staff grievances
  • Training Coordination & Administration - HRDC, CME, CPD programs

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in the above areas. Preference given to those with experience in hospital/healthcare settings.
  • Bachelor degree in any field of study.
  • Proficient in spoken & written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Flexible and able to multi-task.
  • Creative, energetic and self-motivated. A team-player.
  • Willing to travel off-site/out-station when required.
