HR&Data entry Executive

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR & Data Entry Executive to join our growing team at Grand Tai Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role is crucial in supporting our Human Resources function and maintaining accurate data records for the company.

What you'll be doing

• Undertake a range of administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
• Assist with the processing of employee records, such as onboarding, leave management, and payroll administration
• Provide support to the HR team in various projects and initiatives
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data and HR-related information

What we're looking for

• Strong administrative and data entry skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word
• A proactive and organised approach to work, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
