Prepare HR related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to legal requirements and HR practices such as employment letters, confirmations, promotions/increments, counseling warnings, memos, policies, etc.
Maintain a proper filing system and ensure all employee data is accurate and up to date. Prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and reports, including responsibility for maintaining personnel records.
Ensure all records of employees’ attendance and leave applications are correct.
Responsible for job advertisement of recruitment through online job postings. Schedule interview appointments and conduct interviews if required.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and staff disciplinary issues, including disciplinary actions, advising, and guiding management on best practices by following employment laws.
Work closely with departments to assist in implementing policies and procedures.
Provide functional guidance, advice, information, and support to the Management on HR-related policies, procedures, and practices.
Handle all office-related administration matters.
Manage new office setups.
Diligently carry out all duties of HR and admin matters as assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
Must have experience in the gaming industry.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Language Proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
Good at selling and identifying talent.
Good networking skills.

Creative and detail-oriented in communication and processes.
