Job Responsibility
Update daily attendance reports
Handle the daily administrative and HR duties
Assist in payroll preparation
Coordinate foreign workers' work permit renewal/contract/hostel management
Handle disciplinary issues and workers counselling
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior/management
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
1-2 years of experience in HR/Admin
Good understanding of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, leave management, and employee recordkeeping
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic HR software/tools
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
