Job description

- Formulate recruitment plans and determine talent portraits.
- Create and post job advertisements on major platforms such as Jobstreet.
- Manage the entire process from job posting / resume screening / interviewing / salary negotiation to candidate onboarding.
- Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and senior managers.

- Manage staff personal files and preparation of employment-related letters.

- Process and ensure the monthly payroll, statutory contributions for EPF, PERKESO, EIS and Monthly Tax Deduction correctly on time.

- Liaise with head of departments, set goals and performance evaluating for various positions. Oversee the performance management on the new staff due for confirmation upon completing the probationary period, annual performance evaluation, promotion and other adjustments.

  • Inland Revenue Department connection:
    - Submit the generate Annual Remuneration Report (Form E), prepare and distribute Annual Employee Remuneration (EA) Form to employees for tax filing purposes.
    - Complete the relevant forms of newly joined employee and employee who is going to resign in the month.
  • Staff welfare and management:
    - To plan and organize staff welfare such as pantry snacks, afternoon tea and birthday gathering, etc.

- Review, maintain, and update the HR manual and Employee Handbook to establish management policies, such as staff attendance, staff incentives, and manage company’s assets from time to time.

  • Company-related matters:
    - Handle company-related matters, including liaising with company secretary for incorporating new company, updating business registration and any potential changes, manage annual audits, and other relevant tasks.

- Liaise with government authority such as KWSP, SOCSO and LHDN.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in HR related field.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal in English and Chinese) and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask, and work under pressure independently with a good sense of urgency.
  • Familiar and strong knowledge of Malaysia employment act and ensure company comply with integrity.
  • Being kind, honest and responsible.
