- Formulate recruitment plans and determine talent portraits.
- Create and post job advertisements on major platforms such as Jobstreet.
- Manage the entire process from job posting / resume screening / interviewing / salary negotiation to candidate onboarding.
- Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and senior managers.
- Manage staff personal files and preparation of employment-related letters.
- Process and ensure the monthly payroll, statutory contributions for EPF, PERKESO, EIS and Monthly Tax Deduction correctly on time.
- Liaise with head of departments, set goals and performance evaluating for various positions. Oversee the performance management on the new staff due for confirmation upon completing the probationary period, annual performance evaluation, promotion and other adjustments.
- Review, maintain, and update the HR manual and Employee Handbook to establish management policies, such as staff attendance, staff incentives, and manage company’s assets from time to time.
- Liaise with government authority such as KWSP, SOCSO and LHDN.
