The main purpose of Branch Admin Executive is to assist in the monitoring & handling of the overall administrative task of the region & branch operation.
To perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Principle Responsibilities & Duties
To ensure confidentiality, integrity & availability of all AEON’s information assets are protected.
To report promptly any breach of law, regulation, the company’s code of conduct or other company policies and guidelines to immediate superior.
Assist in carrying out administrative tasks of branch (payment of bills, maintenance & servicing of office equipment, purchase of stationeries, monitor staff attendance).
Assist in HR related matters and liaise with HRG in HQ.
To organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
To ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories.
To ensure facilities of the branch are well maintained.
To arrange travel and accommodations.
In charge of the movement of RC for renewal, full settlement & etc - In charge of regional office front counter service.
To prepare the full settlement document.
To perform any ad-hoc task/matters assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
Diploma preferably in related field (HR/Business Administration/Management).
Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Minimum 1 year experience in administration field.
