Description

As an HR Coordinator, you will support the HR department in various operational tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment processes, managing immigration and other HR paperwork, facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding, and overseeing office facilities management. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals starting their career in Human Resources.

Key Accountabilities

  • On time delivery of HR and Recruitment tasks
    • Tasks are delivered by the committed deadline 85% of the time
  • Support provided to team meets quality expectations
    • Tasks meet team expectations on the first try, no additional follow ups needed to fill in missing information 85% of the time
  • Response time to team queries and requests are done in a timely manner
    • Response time back to team fall within defined SLAs 85% of the time
  • Documents and responses provided to team are accurate and in compliance
    • Information provided is correct on the first try 90% of the time
  • Tasks and documents delivered as per specifications consistently
    • Task requirements are met on the first submission 85% of the time
  • Time spent on an outcome is within project or budgeted man-days.
    • Delivered the outcome within +50% of the bided man-days.
