As part of the HR Sub-region team, the HR Business Partner Excellence is responsible for supporting the HR Director in ensuring smooth and effective operation of HR processes and technology to enhance the overall employee experience. Their duties include overseeing HR processes, employee engagement initiatives, DIB, talent and performance management, budgets, implementation of new corporate policies, and the upkeep of internal HR systems. This role is integral in managing HR-related policy implementation and system maintenance, thereby contributing to the HR department’s efficient functioning and alignment with the organization’s broader objectives. (S)he equally ensures proper change management in support of the HRD by preparing communication, stakeholder management, and training.
