You will lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, develop, and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, and collaborate with departmental managers to fulfil staffing needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and company culture.

Reporting to the Head of People Function Malaysia, you will also be responsible for driving and executing the delivery of HR Solutions to client Services within Regional Delivery Centre, Malaysia.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Recruitment

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies and programs to attract and acquire top talent across all levels of the organization, including leadership positions.
  2. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisition creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
  3. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on candidate profiles, and ensure a high-quality selection process.
  4. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment practices, including sourcing channels, assessment techniques, and candidate experience.

Employee Relations and Engagement

  1. Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to drive performance management and talent management cycle/initiatives for Allianz Services, Malaysia.
  2. Provide support for the business regarding HR processes, e.g. rewards, performance, grading, talent, development, annual compensation/performance reviews.
  3. Advise managers on employee relations topics.
  4. Drive engagement activities, annual engagement survey and follow up actions.

Partnership and Compliance Oversight

  1. Play an active role in implementing regional and global HR projects and initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with the wider HR team both locally, regionally and globally.
  3. Effectively maintain and administer all documentation and data.

Reporting

  1. Preparation of monthly reports, quarterly reports for submissions to local authorities, Group and local management team.
  2. Work closely with Finance to handle budgeting, staff related invoicing and accruals.
  3. Complete monthly validation of HR Services prepared payroll prior to authorisation.

WE WANT SOMEONE WHO:

Experience:

  1. 5 to 7 years of experience in HR (including several years as a HR business partner), preferably in a global organisation.
  2. Familiar with Malaysia labour law.
  3. Prior experience in SuccessFactors, HRFlex preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in recruitment, knowledge of HRMS systems and emerging recruitment tools. Excellent in reporting.

Functional Skills:

Strategic talent acquisition expertise, stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, team management.
