HR Business Partner

A good candidate for this role is someone with a broad knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and practices, excellent interpersonal communication skills, excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and resourceful thinking.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to align talent strategies with business goals in the Southeast Asia (SEA) region.
• Drive consistent alignment with the Country Manager on business vision, objectives, and direction.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
• Optimize organizational structures and workforce planning to support business growth and leadership transitions.
• Drive performance management, career development, and succession planning to enhance leadership and employee growth.
• Design and implement initiatives to improve team dynamics and operational efficiency.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
• Address employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Promote diversity and inclusion to build a positive organizational culture.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• At least 6 years of HRBP experience, with regional exposure preferred.
• Proven experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and experience resolving employee relations issues.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
