HR Associate Executive/Executive

This exciting HR Executive role at Press Metal Bintulu Sdn Bhd will be responsible for providing generalist HR support and contributing to the development of the HR function. As a key member of the HR team, you will be based in Bintulu, Sarawak and play a crucial part in delivering HR initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
• Administer and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives, such as talent management and retention, learning and development, and employee engagement programs.
• Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters.
• Collaborate with other departments to support the overall business goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Adaptable to change and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
