HR, Assistant Manager / Senior Executive | Shah Alam

About the Company

Our client is a dealer for Yamaha and Honda motor vehicles, located in Shah Alam.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including payroll, recruitment, manpower planning, monitoring staff discipline, performance evaluation, compensation & benefits, etc.
2. Assist manager in designing accurate job descriptions and preparing required networking and sourcing strategies while maintaining professional relationships with various recruitment portals and agencies.
3. Manage the life cycle of recruitment processes and screen and perform interviews with all prospective candidates.
4. Process monthly payroll and ensure adherence to statutory requirements on people-related matters.
5. Monitor employee attendance and leave applications.
6. Ensure implementation of proper policy, Employee Handbook, working procedures, and other rules and regulations.
7. Able to handle private and confidential matters and issues, such as salary, bonus, increment, personal information, and maintain employee files and data properly.
8. Play a role in counseling employees who face issues in performing daily tasks or conflicts in the workplace.
9. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned and required by the HR Manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree in human resource / business administration or equivalent.
2. At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience in HR (Generalist).
3. Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
4. Effective and excellent verbal and written communication skills and leadership skills.
5. Problem-solver and critical thinker.
6. Able to work in Shah Alam.

Remuneration

MYR 4,000 - MYR 5,000 (negotiable based on experience).
