HR, Assistant Manager / Senior Executive | Shah Alam

About the Company

Our client is a dealer for Yamaha and Honda motor vehicles, located in Shah Alam.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including payroll, recruitment, manpower planning, monitoring staff discipline, performance evaluation, compensation & benefits, etc.
• Assist manager in designing accurate job descriptions and preparing required networking and sourcing strategies while maintaining professional relationships with various recruitment portals and agencies.
• Manage the life cycle of recruitment processes, screen, and conduct interviews with all prospective candidates.
• Process monthly payroll and ensure adherence to statutory requirements on people-related matters.
• Monitor employee attendance and leave applications.
• Ensure implementation of proper policy, Employee Handbook, working procedures, and other rules and regulations.
• Able to handle private and confidential matters, such as salary, bonus, increments, personal information, and maintain employee files and data properly.
• Play a role in counseling employees who face issues in performing daily tasks or conflicts in the workplace.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned and required by the HR Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree in human resource / business administration or equivalent.
• At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience in HR (Generalist).
• Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Effective and excellent verbal and written communication skills and leadership skills.
• Problem-solver and critical thinker.
• Able to work in Shah Alam.

Remuneration:

MYR 4,000 - MYR 5,000 (negotiable based on experience)
