HR Assistant Manager (Manufacturing)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee human resource, administration, and safety operations.
• Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement cost-effective manpower planning, staffing, and benefit programs.
• Manage recruitment, training, and employee development processes.
• Oversee performance management in coordination with department managers.
• Administer payroll and liaise with statutory bodies.
• Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Foster a harmonious workplace and maintain employee relations, including union affairs.
• Manage foreign workers' recruitment, permits, accommodations, and compliance.
• Promote workplace safety and health, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Oversee factory housekeeping and adherence to safety standards.
• Develop department personnel through hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirement:

• At least Diploma
• Must be willing to work in Ayer Keroh, Melaka
• Manufacturing background is a plus
