Job description

We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at SS Identiti in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu. As an HR Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall HR function and contributing to the growth and success of our organisation. What you'll be doing

  • Assisting the HR Manager in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures and best practices
  • Providing support in the recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Administering employee benefits, leave management and other HR-related tasks
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Assisting with the coordination of employee training and development programmes
  • Providing HR advice and support to managers and employees as needed
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a consulting or fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation
  • Proficient in the use of HR-related software and systems
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement HR solutions
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Relevant HR-related qualifications or certifications are preferred
