HR Assistant cum Admin | Fresh Graduates are Welcome | Salary up to RM3,800

Responsibilities:

1. Provide assistance in Recruitment, Orientation and On-boarding New Employees.
2. Provide payroll assistance such as collecting data, ensuring records are up to date, and assisting with payroll preparation.
3. Responsible for assisting in HR administration, procedures & policies.
4. Manage office supplies and order necessary materials for office operations.
5. Assist with company accommodations to provide suitable and cost-effective solutions for employees.
6. Responsible for documentation and record keeping such as employee files with discretion.
7. Tasked with securing a range of licenses within designated timeframes.
8. Assume responsibility for other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Possess good HR knowledge and understanding of Employment Act.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
4. Independent, resourceful, and possess a high level of integrity.
5. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
