• Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including clerical and administrative support.
• Check and update employee attendance records, ensuring accuracy.
• Manage filing and documentation for HR-related activities.
• Conduct hostel checks to ensure proper accommodation arrangements.
• Compile and update employee records (hard & soft copies).

Job Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in HR or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to accurately follow instructions and meet tight deadlines.
• Computer literate and proficient in HR documentation.
• Must be able to work in Gelang Patah.
