Responsibilities:

  • Prepares various standardized HR correspondences as directed based on given templates;
  • Issues various HR correspondences and forms to employees within specific deadlines;
  • Updates departmental records as directed and in accordance to specified requirements;
  • Performs various clerical tasks, such as photocopying, document distribution and collection as instructed;
  • Registers participants for NOMSP program;
  • Arranges training slots based on availability and interchange participants if necessary;
  • Finalizes name list and begins registration process through NIOSH webpage;
  • Ensures selected participants sign relevant acknowledgement and responsibility forms;
  • Arranges transportation, refreshments and other logistics as necessary;
  • Performs relevant recordkeeping and database updates;
  • Tracks participants within 3 months validity remaining in safety passport;
  • Coordinates and liaises with relevant stakeholders (departments, NIOSH, HR);
  • Maintains compliance with program requirements;
  • Ensures timely and appropriate arrangements for new joiners;
  • Any other tasks assigned by your superiors.

Requirements:

  • Possess professional certificate at least Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate or 1 year of working experience in related fields.
  • Required skill(s) and knowledge: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and report writing.
  • Good interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and familiarity with documentation handling.
