Job description
  • Processing payroll for every month in order to issue employees' payslips.
  • Checking employees daily attendance and calculating overtime, including processing new hires and terminations.
  • Manage in preparing for submission of statutory bodies monthly, such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB, etc.
  • Updating staff's annual leave, probation, confirmation, resignation, sick leave, etc.
  • Reporting to the Supervisor and supervising employees’ discipline and performance to ensure compliance with company regulations and the code of conduct.
  • Filing for statutory bodies files and filing system properly.
  • Perform ad-hoc or any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum diploma in human resource or a related field.
  • At least 2 years working experience.
  • Knowledge in payroll software.
  • Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to keep confidential documents.
