Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resource executives / Head of Department
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Leave management and coordination - administer annual leave, medical & other entitlements.
Checking & ensure all the claims submitted by the staffs are in proper order and prepare monthly statement in order to verify by Finance Department.
Prepare summary of outstation travelling
Prepare & produce (when required) summary of medical benefit used by staff.
Responsible to monitor all personnel matters such as staff welfare, attendance, discipline, leaves and staff recruitments.
Prepare monthly staff report including staff attendance, discipline and etc and need to submit to Finance and Admin Manager to review for monthly Management Meeting.
Prepare letters related to personal matters and filing.
Other HR duties as instructed by HOD
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma in Human Resources or related field
At least 2 years of experience in human resource supports.
Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources / administrative position
Computer literate in Microsoft Offices and hands on experience with HR2000 software
Basic knowledge of labor laws
Excellent organizational skills and strong communications skills
Able to work independently, pleasant, self-discipline and self-motivated.
Able to undertake pressure and meet tight deadlines.
