JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Payroll Processing:

1. Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
2. Maintain accurate payroll records and assist in generating payroll reports.
3. Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

2. Employee Record Maintenance:

1. Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the HR system.
2. Ensure proper filing and documentation of employee contracts, personal information, and other records.

3. HR Administrative Support:

1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
2. Provide general administrative support for HR-related tasks and projects.

4. Other Duties:

1. Perform any ad-hoc HR or payroll-related duties as assigned by HR Manager.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
5. Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
7. Knowledge of HR systems or payroll software is an advantage.
