Job description
  • Job posting, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes

HR Administration & Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee records, prepare HR documents and ensure data accuracy.

Employee Training

  • Arrange training programs and assist in company events.

Employee Relation

  • Resolve employee conflicts effectively.

Other Ad-hoc Duties

  • Liaise with government statutory when required.
  • Support office administration, assist other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant fields.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Flexible approach to handle a variety of responsibilities and learn new skills.
