Seeking an HR Assistant to support a variety of HR and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Support HR operations: new hire filing & documentation, vetting, accurate record keeping
Onboarding: Coordinating new employee orientation, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are followed.
Off boarding: Conducts exit interviews (either in-person, via video, or through a questionnaire) to understand the reasons behind an employee’s departure.
Process Medical Certificates (MC)
Coordinate Employee Recognition
Maintain office supplies inventory
Manage PPE supplies
Address training inquiries
Plan and organize internal events
Provide additional administrative support as needed
