Job description
Minimum Requirements:
Academic qualification: Diploma in HR or Equivalent.
Work Experience: 2 Years
Able to start work within short notice
Responsibilities:
Prepares HR related letters (Letter of Offer, Confirmation/Extension of Probation Letter, Warning Letter, and other relevant letters)
Processes monthly salaries, other related employment/HR records, and maintains confidentiality
Maintains and monitors attendance, leave, and advance records
Coordinates recruitment arrangements such as collecting additional documents and scheduling interview sessions
Maintains and monitors company assets such as property, vehicle, and equipment records
Assists the Manager in matters related to office maintenance and upkeep of office, equipment, and vehicle
Assists the manager in supervising subordinates of the department
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time
