Job description

Minimum Requirements:

  • Academic qualification: Diploma in HR or Equivalent.
  • Work Experience: 2 Years
  • Able to start work within short notice

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares HR related letters (Letter of Offer, Confirmation/Extension of Probation Letter, Warning Letter, and other relevant letters)
  • Processes monthly salaries, other related employment/HR records, and maintains confidentiality
  • Maintains and monitors attendance, leave, and advance records
  • Coordinates recruitment arrangements such as collecting additional documents and scheduling interview sessions
  • Maintains and monitors company assets such as property, vehicle, and equipment records
  • Assists the Manager in matters related to office maintenance and upkeep of office, equipment, and vehicle
  • Assists the manager in supervising subordinates of the department
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time
