Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Responsible for Human Resources Management and Administration matters and functions for the Group.
  2. Manage and lead the Recruitment and Selection process for the Group.
  3. Drive and lead the Training & Development Plan for the Group.
  4. Manage and lead 5Ss compliance to chair, audit and assess the implementation of 5Ss principles within the Group.
  5. Oversee and assist in Foreign Workers matters.
  6. Conduct Internal Training for all staff about the Company's Vision, Mission, Core Values, and Culture.
  7. Organize and plan Teambuilding Training for the Group.
  8. Check and verify the monthly payroll, overtime, claims, and monthly statutory contributions for the Group.
  9. Lead and oversee Employee Welfare and Employee Engagement (Coordinate events, monthly birthday celebration party, season's greeting party, lobby decoration, etc.).
  10. Develop and monitor overall Group HR system, policies and procedures, processes, and tactics within the Group.
  11. Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  12. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  13. Ensure ISO 13485 & ISO 9001 audit and compliance.
  14. Conduct career talks or connect with Colleges and Universities for Recruitment purposes.
  15. Observe the KPI set by GMD.
  16. Perform any Ad-hoc tasks or assignments as required by the GMD.
  17. Manage and lead Anti-Corruption initiatives.
  18. Manage and lead Personal Data Protection Act 2010 compliance.
  19. Manage and lead the utilization of Human Resources Development Contribution fund.

Job Requirements

  1. Degree in Human Resource or related field.
  2. Proven working experience as Group HR Manager for a minimum of 5-10 years.
  3. Able to read, write and speak well in Mandarin.
  4. People-oriented and results-driven.
  5. Knowledge of Human Resources systems.
  6. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  7. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  8. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  9. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  10. Willing to work at Kapar, Klang.
