1) To supervise the HR & Admin Dept at Cambodia and Vietnam factory to ensure group policy strictly executed, it includes but no limit to payroll administrative, office purchasing, recruitment, documentation compliance, general admin, performance exercise and etc.
2) To prepare SOP, disseminate instruction and document best practice effectively.
3) Analyze root cause, propose corrective action, resolve issue and aim for improvement and enhancement.
4) Coordinate the interview process and assist with onboarding of new employees.
5) Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supply inventory, office equipment, and maintenance.
6) Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
