Job Description

We are looking for a HR Executive to manage in full spectrum of Human Resources functions which include manpower planning, recruitment & selections, training & development, payroll processing, compensation & benefits administration, ER and IR.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative and general support in maintaining the wellbeing of office and facilities including handling of administrative requests and enquiries.
  2. Manage all forms of required permit and renewal of license, insurance renewal, maintenance service contract on equipment and facilities with related government agencies, local authorities and vendors.
  3. Verify purchase invoices, obtain approval and submit to Finance Department for payment processing.
  4. Ensure company’s human resources are used efficiently and effectively.
  5. Conduct Orientation for new joiner.
  6. Conduct Exit Interview for resignee.
  7. Liaise with MOE, DOSH, EPF, Socso, LHDN, JTK, HRDF, etc.
  8. Prepare offer letter for non-exec staff.
  9. Prepare renewal site staff contract.
  10. Handle expatriates and foreign worker issue.
  11. Handle disciplinary issue.
  12. Handle staff insurance claim.
  13. Handle casual wages salary (non-payroll).
  14. Handle blue collars recruitment.
  15. Attend to JTK cases.
  16. Verified site petty cash claims.
  17. Prepare, check and verified payroll documents to submit to HQ payroll team for payroll calculation.
  18. Verified site attendance.
  19. Manage and answer staff questions/ concerns related to HR.
  20. Print site staff payslip.
  21. In-charge of e-office (update staff details, new benefits and etc).
  22. To feedback and report to HR Manager on weekly basis.
  23. Any ad-hoc requested by the management.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management or related discipline preferably with additional qualification in Human Resource Management or minimum 3 to 5 years relevant working experience.
  2. Sound knowledge in the latest Sabah Ordinance, Malaysian Labour and Industrial Laws, prevailing HR practices and legislations.
  3. Able to multitask, determine priorities and organize work for maximum delivery result. Able to meet deadlines.
  4. Resourceful, proactive, reliable and equipped with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Possess high level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of company’s and department’s confidential matters and information.
  6. Strong knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office.
