Position Overview: The HR analyst will provide clients with HR & Payroll transaction processing support as part of a world-class, high-performance shared service organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide full employee life cycle management, serving as a point of contact for employee and manager inquiries relating to HR Services, Payroll Services, and Benefits services via telephone and email.
  2. Perform HR administration in line with company policies/guidelines and country-specific legislation.
  3. Provide quality HR processing support by attending to and processing customer requests accurately and in a timely manner.
  4. Resolve issues and inquiries and escalate operational issues to the relevant parties for resolution.
  5. Perform HR operational tasks including personnel data administration, organization data maintenance, loan and payment administration, claims verification, time & attendance data administration, medical benefits administration, and claims processing.
  6. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and deliver value-added services to clients.
  7. Provide quality payroll processing support, attending to and processing payroll ad hoc and regular monthly requests accurately and in a timely manner.

Functional Tasks:

  1. Employee Data Update and Benefit Management
  2. Time & Attendance Management
  3. Payroll Processing

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management.
  2. 1-2 years of HR working experience, preferably in a shared service or outsourcing environment.
  3. Familiarity with SAP HR or other HRMS systems.
  4. Good customer service skills with an ability to handle multiple transactions and customer requests.
  5. Preferably with experience processing outsourced HR for different countries.
  6. Experience working in large, diverse teams.
  7. Highly meticulous.
  8. Excellent writing, reading, and speaking skills in English and Thai to support Thai speaking customers.
