Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes for site staff.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave and overtime compilation.
  • Prepare and submit monthly job assessment summaries to HQ.
  • Compile Foreign Workers Kongkad data and summarize OT hours.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide on-site HR support.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Administration

  • Oversee site office operations, including documentation, filing and correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and logistics to support site activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and handle internal and external communications.
  • Prepare and submit claims to the finance system.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR and administration, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
