Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes for site staff.
Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave and overtime compilation.
Prepare and submit monthly job assessment summaries to HQ.
Compile Foreign Workers Kongkad data and summarize OT hours.
Address employee inquiries and provide on-site HR support.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Administration
Oversee site office operations, including documentation, filing and correspondence.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and logistics to support site activities.
Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and handle internal and external communications.
Prepare and submit claims to the finance system.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in HR and administration, preferably in the construction industry.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
