Maintain staff records, updated employee database & proper filing of HR and Admin related documents.
Responsible for the full spectrum of human resource functions which include checking, preparing and processing payroll, recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, employee welfare, training & development, attendance maintenance, leave records, and employees’ safety.
Provide end-to-end support on payroll related requests and issues including liaising with external and internal parties.
Manage day to day general office administration including office maintenance and upkeep of equipment and fixtures.
Organise and maintain files and records.
Prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, or presentation software.
Office facility management e.g. stationery, cleanliness of premises, maintenance of office equipment and machines, etc.
Strong knowledge in Employment Act 1955 and experience in handling discipline processes including dismissal on performance or disciplinary grounds.
Involved in recruitment such as screening candidates, conducting interviews, and liaising with recruitment agencies, online portals, universities/colleges, etc.
Prepare interview schedules and coordinate interview sessions.
Conduct new employees orientation and briefing.
Administer and maintain recruitment database.
Ensure all company policies comply with labour laws, statutory and relevant regulations.
Undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superiors as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
Possess at least a Diploma or STPM certification and above.
Good command of English (oral & written) is a must; knowledge of Bahasa Cina is an advantage.
PC literate, committed, and able to multi-task.
Familiar and conversant with Employment Act, Labour and Industrial Relations rules & regulations.
Ability to adhere to confidentiality of HR related matters.
Possess initiative in all work matters.
Fast learner and able to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of staff.
Familiarity with HR BossNet is an advantage.
Applicant must be willing to work in Nibong Tebal.
Salary: RM2,000 - RM3,000 (Depending on qualifications/working experience)
