Job description

Japanese Furniture retail & trading industry located in Bukit Jalil

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle General Affairs & HR duties at the Malaysia office
  • Manage staff attendance & leave records.
  • Assist in recruitment and liaise with various recruitment agencies.
  • Handle both local and Japanese employee taxes and deductions.
  • Liaise with statutory authorities such as EPF, LHDN, and PERKESO.
  • Manage monthly payroll and payroll administration.
  • Apply EP and DP for Japanese Employee

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/ Diploma holder
  • At least 1 year experience in HR

Additional Information:

Working Time: M-F (830am - 530pm)
