Due to expansion, we are currently looking for HR Admin (Fresh Graduate) to join our experienced and growing team.
Job Summary:
As an HR Admin for Talent Recruit, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment and administrative functions within the HR department. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to start their careers in human resources, particularly in recruitment. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure that recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and organizing new hire documentation, contracts, and welcome packs.
- Support in the onboarding process for new employees, including coordinating orientation sessions and training schedules.
- Assist in maintaining accurate employee records (personal details, attendance, leave records, etc.).
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with HR-related administrative tasks.
- Support HR team with any other tasks or projects as needed.
- Assist in organizing training programs and employee development initiatives.
- Monitor employee feedback and provide input for improving HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Requirements:
- Education: Fresh Graduate with a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Language: Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
- Personality: Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
