Job description
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Coordinate onboarding procedures and ensure new employees have a smooth integration.

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Handle employee attendance, leave management, and payroll support.
  • Assist in performance evaluation and training coordination.

Office Administration

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and administrative tasks.
  • Support internal communication and office policies implementation.

Compliance & Employee Relations

  • Ensure company policies comply with labor laws and regulations.
  • Address employee inquiries and support a positive work environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Years of experience in HR and office administration.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
