Oversee all HR functions, including payroll, income tax, leave management, EPF/CPF contributions, recruitment, interviews, performance appraisals, and bonus calculations.
Manage expatriate onboarding and offboarding processes.
Prepare and review employment contracts and inter-company agreements.
Verify and process staff claims and expenses for both Malaysia and Singapore offices.
Develop, update, and implement HR policies, including the employee handbook.
Handle staff medical claims, liaise with insurers, and ensure timely reimbursement.
Assist in other HR and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing environment, with leadership responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, talent development, and performance management.
Familiarity with labor laws and social insurance policies in Malaysia and Singapore.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, with strong data analysis skills.
