MNC manufacturing company in pressure sensitive adhesives, lamination adhesives, printing inks, coatings and printing chemicals for the flexible packaging, paper packaging, commercial printings, tapes and a variety of other industrial applications.

• Location: Shah Alam
• Salary Range: RM 9,000 - RM 15,000

Job Summary:
The Human Resource/Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive Human Resources and General Administration functions within the company. The HR Admin Manager will report to the Senior HR/Admin Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of both local and foreign workers.
• Responsible for the application of work permits for foreign workers and expatriate staff.
• Liaison officer to government departments on all government matters such as Immigration, KDN, local council, etc.
• In charge of all Industrial Relations matters, union management, and discipline management.
• Oversee security guards section, canteen management, and general housekeeping.
• Assist the Senior HR/Admin Manager on all matters relating to the HR and Administration department.
• In charge of HR Admin department's ISO matters.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a related field as Human Resources Admin Manager in manufacturing industries.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, immigration regulations, Industrial Relations, and HR best practices.
