Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Industrial Relations, Management, Business Studies, or equivalent.
Those with at least 5 years of working experience in similar job functions, preferably from manufacturing, will be considered for the Senior Executive position.
Experience in a start-up company will be an added advantage.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; able to communicate effectively.
Resourceful and professional in handling matters with the strictest confidentiality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform full spectrum of HR functions and day-to-day administration.
Dual reporting to Operation Head and Group Human Resource (Headquarters).
Manage proper documentation and filing system.
Monitor application and renewal of work permits, Trading License, Manufacturing License, road tax, vehicle license/permit, and contracts.
Liaise with relevant authority departments and Government Bodies.
Analyze manpower costing and prepare budget.
Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
