Develop training plan (TNA), organize training programs.
Conduct Orientation Program for new employees.
Employee Relations:
Support and lead employee engagement initiatives.
Organizes corporate events such as company's dinner, team building, etc.
Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Admin:
Maintain HR records, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.
Perform office administration tasks.
Other HR functions or ad hoc tasks as per required by the superior.
Job Specifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field required; relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience: 1-2 years of HR experience, including recruitment and employee relations.
Skills: Strong Microsoft skills, recruitment skills, employee relations expertise, knowledge of HR laws and regulations, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
