Manage all HR functions including payroll, recruitment, training, employee benefits & compensations and disciplinary issues.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation and ensuring proper documentation.
- Monitor and evaluate the human performance of various departments.
- Monitor and manage employee attendance, leaves, and absenteeism.
- Assist in processing payroll, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Handle statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
- Prepare periodic HR reports to superior by monthly.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and office maintenance.
- Coordinate IT maintenance to ensure all systems are functioning smoothly.
- Maintain proper filing system and ensure all employee data is accurate and up to date.
- Experienced as admin or HR with at least 1 year or more working experience in a related field.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Drive and Google Form.
- Candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking third party.
- Ability to speak and read Mandarin.
- Able to start work immediately &/ giving short notice will be an added advantage.
