Job description
  • To assist in day-to-day HR and Admin operations and activities, including Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations & Counselling, and Foreign Workers Management.
  • Manage monthly staff payroll.
  • Coordinate with candidates for interview appointments and arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, such as attendance, leave, and benefits.
  • Perform general office duties, such as data entry, filing, and scanning. Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Manage the administrative functions of the company, including office management, vendor management, and IT support.
  • Handle all HR & admin-related matters and undertake tasks as and when assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Understanding HR policies, processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and employment regulations.
  • Familiarity with InfoTech System.
  • Willing to work in Setia Alam.
