To assist in day-to-day HR and Admin operations and activities, including Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations & Counselling, and Foreign Workers Management.
Manage monthly staff payroll.
Coordinate with candidates for interview appointments and arrangements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, such as attendance, leave, and benefits.
Perform general office duties, such as data entry, filing, and scanning. Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Manage the administrative functions of the company, including office management, vendor management, and IT support.
Handle all HR & admin-related matters and undertake tasks as and when assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field;
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Understanding HR policies, processes, procedures, and best practices.
Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and employment regulations.
