HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Executive to join our growing team at ABSOLUTE NEXUS SDN. BHD.. As a full-time HR & Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources and administrative functions in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR and administrative duties, ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing and executing HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
• Organising and coordinating company events, meetings, and other administrative tasks
• Providing administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed
• Liaising with external service providers, vendors, and government agencies on administrative matters
• Continuously improving HR and administrative processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR and administrative role
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and administrative procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in a team
