We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Administrative Executive to join our new team.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR)
The HR Assistant provides essential administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of HR-related processes. This role assists with recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, payroll, and other general HR tasks. The HR Assistant serves as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and works closely with the HR team to maintain a positive and compliant work environment.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR department, including scheduling interviews, organizing meetings, and maintaining HR records.
- Manage HR department communications, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
Employee Records Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job positions, and benefits details.
- Ensure all employee information is stored in compliance with privacy and data protection regulations.
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing onboarding documents and organizing orientation sessions.
Employee Relations and Support
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries about HR policies, procedures, and basic issues.
- Assist in coordinating employee activities, training programs, and other HR-related events.
Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Provide assistance with payroll preparation, ensuring accurate documentation and processing.
- Support benefits administration, including updating employee benefits records and handling related inquiries.
Compliance and Policy Adherence
- Ensure all HR activities comply with company policies, labor laws, and relevant regulations.
- Help update and maintain the company’s HR policies and employee handbook.
General Office Administrative Support
- Assist with day-to-day office management tasks, such as ordering office supplies, maintaining filing systems, and organizing company events.
Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies and vendor management.
- Ensure the office complies with safety and regulatory standards.
Document & Policy Management
- Draft and maintain internal policies, procedures, and contracts.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and other administrative tasks.
Support Management & Teams
- Assist the management team with scheduling, travel arrangements, and reports.
- Coordinate communication between the Korean headquarters and local offices.
Requirement:
- Min 2 years of working experience in human resources and administrative roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
Preferred:
- Experience working in multicultural or international environments.
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
- At least a diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative support.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail, high accuracy in work, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, as collaboration with the Hong Kong team is required.
