Responsible for full spectrum of HR & Admin functions which included payroll, administration, training & development and other HR related support.
Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
Engage in the full cycle of training process, such as map out annual training plans, design and develop training materials, evaluate training programs, etc.
Monthly reporting on training related information, which includes the reporting of employee accreditation numbers.
Consolidate and prepare monthly HR Report for management review.
Handling and dealing with employee-related issues such as disciplinary process, misconduct investigation & grievances process.
Assist in foreign worker related matters.
To update and maintain accurate personnel report and proper filing system.
Perform any ad-hoc duties or assignment when assigned by Superior.
Minimum Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the HR or related field is required for this position.
Able to work under pressure and perform independently with minimum supervision.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be an additional advantage.
A good team player with good planning, organizing and communication skills.
Good knowledge in Malaysian Labor Laws and well-versed with the current HR practices.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
