Job description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR & Admin functions which included payroll, administration, training & development and other HR related support.
  • Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
  • Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
  • Engage in the full cycle of training process, such as map out annual training plans, design and develop training materials, evaluate training programs, etc.
  • Monthly reporting on training related information, which includes the reporting of employee accreditation numbers.
  • Consolidate and prepare monthly HR Report for management review.
  • Handling and dealing with employee-related issues such as disciplinary process, misconduct investigation & grievances process.
  • Assist in foreign worker related matters.
  • To update and maintain accurate personnel report and proper filing system.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties or assignment when assigned by Superior.

Minimum Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the HR or related field is required for this position.
  • Able to work under pressure and perform independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be an additional advantage.
  • A good team player with good planning, organizing and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge in Malaysian Labor Laws and well-versed with the current HR practices.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
