HR ADMIN CUM ACCOUNT

A Design Consultant company has been operating since 2017. We provide a wide range of design consultancy, such as residential, commercial development, interior design and Project Management teams.

JOB SCOPE

• Provide reconciliation of monthly and annual Financial Statement
• Maintain and manage daily cash flow
• Managing company accounts including invoices, payment vouchers, monthly account statements, petty cash and company financial matters.
• Able to deal with Authorities (Auditor, Tax Agent, Company Secretary, Bankers and others)
• Record, update and manage files in an orderly, neat and timely manner
• Perform outside tasks as requested by management such as paying bills if needed
• Controlling and managing HR and admin-related matters such as salary preparation, staff claims, EPF, SOCSO, PCB, LHDN taxes as well as maintaining employee files and record.
• Carry out ad-hoc task from time to time as required by management
• Able to work for a long period of time (at least 2 years)

QUALIFICATION

1. Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Accounting
2. At least a minimum of 1-2 years of experience
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Accounting Software system)
4. Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision and willing to learn new things.
5. Efficient in company management and administration
6. Positive attitude and ability to interact in a group.
7. Experience working in an architectural firm is an advantage.
