To perform day to day general administrative tasks
Attend to incoming and outgoing customer phone calls
Handle clients' inquiries and provide assistance
Monitor documents dispatched and received
Record documents flow and filing
Handle internal HR related work
Ensure the work permit/employment pass, visa application, special pass, check-out memo for foreign workers are active and liaise with immigration officers.
Register/renew/terminate FWCS.
Annual working permit renewal of foreign workers.
Ensure proper maintenance and update of workers' data.
Arrange FOMEMA for timely check-up.
Highlight and handle worker's recruitment, resignation, end of contract, and long leave.
Monitor worker's accommodations, flight tickets, taxi booking, etc.
Arrange police reports for runaway foreign workers and document preparation as required by Immigration for cancellation of working permits.
Comply with all government and statutory requirements for direct labour.
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level
Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Language required: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
Internet savvy
Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role is preferred
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Positive and proactive attitude, willing to learn
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
