About the role

We are seeking a Hotlink Roving Promoter to join our dynamic team at Ably Event Sdn Bhd under Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd. This full-time position is based in Kuching, Sarawak and involves promoting and selling Hotlink mobile services to potential customers across the local area.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively approaching potential customers in designated locations to promote Hotlink products and services
• Demonstrating the features and benefits of Hotlink to customers and assisting them with sign-ups and activations
• Achieving daily and weekly sales targets through effective customer engagement and conversion
• Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers
• Ensuring all sales documentation and records are accurately maintained

What we're looking for

• Sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications or retail industry (no experience also encouraged to apply)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
