Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services.
2. Ensure excellent customer service to maintain high guest satisfaction and positive reviews.
3. Manage reservations, check-in/check-out processes, and handle guest complaints professionally.
4. Supervise, train, and motivate hotel staff to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
5. Manage budgets and expenses, analyze financial data, and monitor sales and profitability.
6. Plan and allocate resources to optimize hotel operations and improve efficiency.
7. Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote hotel services and increase occupancy.
8. Handle maintenance issues, staff or equipment shortages, and renovation projects as needed.
9. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and legal regulations.
10. Oversee hotel maintenance, inventory, and supplier coordination.
11. Collaborate with external partners such as suppliers, travel agencies, and event/conference planners.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel management or hospitality.
2. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
3. Knowledge of hotel booking systems, financial management, and revenue optimization.
4. Ability to work under pressure and handle guest concerns effectively.
5. Able to speak in English & Malay; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
